We will be holding in-person Parent-Teacher Interviews on March 15 & 17, 4:00-8:00 pm. Parents are encouraged to bring their child with them to the interview.

Please follow these instructions to sign up for an interview time. The site will be open for sign-ups starting on March 1^st. We have used this booking system in the past, however it was a while ago. In order to simplify, we have deleted all previous user id’s, etc, so you don’t need to recall old id’s or passwords. You can start from scratch and just create a new account.

If you have any troubles, please just call the school office and we’ll help you out (780-954-3790).

If you would prefer not to have an in-person meeting, but would rather have a telephone or virtual meeting with your child’s teacher, please email the teacher directly to arrange for this.

School Appointments – Parent Instructions

1. Go to www.pncs.schoolappointments.com
2. Register for an account by clicking the “REGISTER” menu tab and filling in the on-line form. Choose a user id and password for yourself and then click the “Register Now” button.
3. Add your children into the system by clicking the “Add a Student” button. Click “Insert New” button to add more children.
4. Click the “date” icon beside each child’s name to schedule appointments.
5. Select the staff you wish to book appointments with. Use the “Ctrl” or “Command” key to select multiple staff to view at the same time.
6. Then click the “View Calendars” button.
7. Click on available time slots to book your appointments to make your bookings.
