On September 27th we will be taking part in Orange Shirt Day.  We encourage all students to wear an Orange Shirt to school on this day.  Orange Shirt day originated in 2013.  It was designed to educate people and promote awareness about the Residential School System and the impact this system had on Indigenous communities in Canada.

Please note that on October 15th we are very pleased to have Phyllis Webstad (the original Orange Shirt little girl) come to our school to speak with our students.
