We are excited to announce an upcoming Ham and Turkey Bingo at Fawcett Hall on Thursday, Feb 29 hosted by PACO Bingo. All proceeds will be donated to Pembina North Community School. There are a few things that we need from our families to make the bingo a successful event.

We are looking for raffle items and door prizes. Please have items dropped off at the office prior to Feb 29. Please make sure to include the NAME OF THE SPONSER so they can be properly thanked at the event. Cash donations towards a turkey or ham would also be appreciated. Again, if receiving a cash donation, please indicate the sponsor’s name so we can acknowledge them.

Mrs. Tymkow and Mrs. Montgomery will be asking Jr High students to sign up for positions for the event. Because proceeds from this bingo are being donated directly to PNCS, it is important that our students and families are there to support and help where needed. There is Jr High Girls basketball practice until 5:30 that evening, but they are still able to sign up for a shift for after practice. Please talk to your Jr High student about their availability that evening.

Also note that all students and families are expected to help with cleanup at the end of the evening. It will be quick if we can all pitch in!
