On January 24th make sure you bring your skates and helmet to school. We will be holding our Annual Skate-A-Thon. Students will participate in the skate-a-thon during their Phys Ed classes. Pledge sheets will be sent home with students in early January. Funds raised will go towards maintenance and upkeep of the Dapp Outdoor Rink (things like paying the gas bill, the electricity bill, maintaining and gassing up the snowblower and snow sweeper, etc). We will have prizes for participation as well as prizes for those who raise the most money! In the winter months the rink is used on a daily basis by our students, so we appreciate everyone’s help to keep the rink running.
