Although we are unable to hold our traditional community gathering in our gym for Remembrance Day this year, our students and staff will still be paying tribute to our war veterans and remembering all those who fought and died in the line of duty to keep us free.  At 10:45 am on Tuesday, November 10th our students and staff will gather together outdoors.  We will hear our Land Acknowledgement, sing or sign O’Canada and recite In Flander’ Fields.  Community member, Mr. Chris Rottier, will play The Last Post, followed by two minutes of silence.  Students will then return to their classrooms to engage in discussion and related activities. Thank you to the Flatbush Legion for supplying poppies for all of our students and staff.
